Trip Registration


To register for any of our prearranged tours, simply follow the instructions below.  It's easy as 1-2-3! 

(1) Tour-Specific Flyers:  Click here to view the flyers for each tour on our schedule. 

(2) Print the Flyer:  Print the tour flyer of your choice and complete the registration form located at the lower portion of the flyer.

(3) Mail Registration and Deposit: Mail your completed registration form, with the appropriate initial deposit to:

* Deposits required for all trips are $50 deposit unless otherwise noted.

 A payment schedule will be mailed to you once we receive your form and deposit

NOTE: Our cancellation policy is as follows: Failure to make scheduled payment may result in cancellation without refund of you reservation. If this trip is canceled by USA Luxury Tours, you will receive a full refund! Passengers that must cancel a tour may credit their deposit(s) to another tour. A credit is good for a period of 12 months from the time of cancellation. Otherwise, the only way to receive a cancellation refund is to recruit a replacement. There may be occasions when hotel changes occur. In this case, USA Luxury Tours will make every effort to select hotel accommodations of equal or greater value! Payment within four weeks of trip must be in the form of money order, certified check or cash. NO EXCEPTIONS!
